Fee for rent contract – value of half month rent.

Upon signing the lease contract, you should pay one month rent, warranty payment and agency commission. Value of the warranty is usually equals one or two month rent. This warranty deposit will be returned to you after termination of the contract.

Usually, utilities are not included in rent value. Utilities amount can vary depends on size of the property, building, heating…etc
